Kaushik has 30 years of rich experience in the domain of IT infrastructure and has worked in various large IT organizations in senior profiles. He excels in Systems Integration, Service Delivery (Remote/Onsite), Information Security, C-SAT, E-SAT, Operations, team building and process consultancy leading to operational excellence.

Kaushik has worked for reputed organizations like DCM Data Systems, Wipro Technologies, HCL, Microland, Anshin Software [Nomura FinTech], Globsyn Technologies in India in very senior profiles. Kaushik, since last seven years, had founded a Technology Infrastructure Services organization called TIS Labs [www.tislabs.in] based out of Kolkata & Mumbai in India and this organization works exclusively on niche Linux & OpenSource technologies in areas like Virtualization/ Cloud-Computing/ Hadoop-Bigdata/ High Performance Computing etc. Moving on from TIS Labs’ responsibilities, Kaushik has initiated his second venture Statistiva Technologies. This organization is aligned towards new-age technologies in the areas of DevOps/Automation, Security and Cloud implementations and Process consulting on Information Security, ITIL, Business Continuity, Migration from Microsoft-like proprietary to Linux/OpenSource and Process/Compliance, Digital Transformation and Mobility etc.

Kaushik, a firm believer in Linux / OpenSource, was a Unix Sys-Admin himself and he possesses vast technical expertise on all aspects of IT infrastructure – Operating Systems, Networks, Storage, Applications, Communications, Databases, Security etc. He has handled IT infrastructure operations from both onsite and remote and understands the Remote IT Infra outsourcing domain in and out. He is equally good in quality & process and is a firm believer of People, Process and Technology as the three pillars of success in this domain. Kaushik has abundant experience in ITSM, Information Security, ISO 9001, ISO27001, BCP-DR, CSA STAR [Cloud Security] and ITIL implementations & consulting assignments. In fact Kaushik is one of the very few ITIL Manager certified professionals in the country.

Kaushik is a science graduate and with a Masters Degree in Management with professional certifications in Unix, Oracle-D2K, ITIL, CSA STAR, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor etc. Apart from working in Indian subcontinent, he has working and consulting experience in countries like US, UK, Gulf, Canada and East Africa as well.
